About the role

We're looking for a founding engineer who is passionate about building tools that help companies deliver reliable and performant AI products, especially in regulated industries.

You'll work on our end-to-end platform, collaborate closely with users facing high-stakes challenges (developers, product managers, and AI engineers in healthcare, finance, and other regulated sectors), and contribute to a roadmap that prioritizes reliability and transparency.

Under the hood, Autoblocks is a comprehensive platform with powerful testing, evaluation, and monitoring capabilities built with modern TypeScript and React.

You will also:

• Own product feature’s from start to finish:
  • Product requirements → Design → Implementation → Rollout → Customer support
• Build customer-facing SDKs and APIs.
• Implement features across the entire stack (i.e., infrastructure → backend → frontend).
• Interact directly with customers to support implementation and build the product roadmap.
• Add analytics, monitoring, and alerting to infrastructure and services to maintain high quality.
• Define and build best-in-class tools for companies adopting AI technologies into their products.

Ideal qualifications

• Past early-stage startup experience
• Experience with or knowledge of LLMs
