Companies racing to deploy customer-facing AI applications face a critical challenge: ensuring these systems work reliably without catastrophic failures - especially in regulated industries where AI hallucinations could lead to serious compliance issues. Imagine a healthcare chatbot recommending incorrect medication dosages to patients, a financial advisor AI suggesting investments based on hallucinated market data, or a claims processing system fabricating policy details that don't exist. These aren't theoretical concerns - they're real-world risks that can lead to regulatory fines, lawsuits, damaged reputations, and lost customers. Autoblocks provides the solution these companies desperately need, with proven early traction and growing demand.

What You'll Do

• Own the entire sales cycle from Discovery to Closed Won
• Leverage existing inbound interest while maintaining ability to prospect when needed (Autoblocks is currently generating significant inbound interest)
• Partner closely with founders and product teams to convey customer needs and help shape our roadmap
• Represent Autoblocks at industry events and become a trusted advisor in the AI safety space

Who You Are

• A proven seller with at least 1 year of successful B2B sales experience
• High-agency self-starter who always finds ways to win
• Intellectually curious about emerging technology and able to articulate complex technical value propositions
• Exceptional relationship builder
• Very hard worker
• Excited by the challenge of building something from the ground up
